There’s nothing wrong with that. Like us, you’re only human. After you invest your money, there’s a 14 day cooling-off period when you can cancel it. No strings attached. Once contracts are exchanged between us and the seller of a property we’re buying (on behalf of you, the UOWNers), the cooling-off period doesn’t apply - because the sale is legally binding.
